- Winter Term: Starts in January.
- Spring Term: Starts in April.
- Fall Term: Starts in October.
APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1: Upload the following documents in the online application.
- Certified copy of bachelor’s degree (transcript and diploma).
- CV indicating professional experiences and description of responsibilities.
- Reference letter (from professional or academic contact of applicant)
- English proficiency unless previous proof that education was conducted in English (TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 120-125, or equivalent).
- Copy of passport or ID card.
- Front-facing photograph (high quality in JPG/PNG format).
- Online application fee payment of €75 (non-refundable).

STEP 2: Video call interview with our academic department.
STEP 3: Issuance of your conditional acceptance letter (stating payment structure and deadlines).
STEP 4: Payment of the administration fee and the first tuition fee.
STEP 5: Issuance of your admission letter and visa documents.
STEP 6: Start of your visa application process and accommodation search (student services are here to lend you a helping hand).

TUITION FEES
Tuition fees at SBS Swiss Business School Madrid can be paid in full or in instalments according to the payment plan below:

* 80% refunded if visa is denied or there is written cancellation 8 weeks before the official start of the course.
